Returns Policy
Your satisfaction is important to us and we hope that you are delighted with your purchase. If for any reason you wish to return your purchase to us, you can do so within 7 days from the purchase date. The product must be in its original condition (including packaging) shipping will be at your expense. Please either email us at sales@christmaskingdom.com.au or call our customer service team to organise your return.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the return is a result of our error.
Price Guarantee
At Christmas Kingdom we will not be undersold on price. If you find the exact same product elsewhere in Australia for a lower standard price, we will not only match the price but offer a further 10% discount. Please either email us at info@christmaskingdom.com.au or call our customer service team with proof of the same product at a lower price.
Secure Shopping
Shopping on line with Christmas Kingdom is a totally secure experience.
Your credit card details are fully encrypted when you enter them via our web site. All credit card information is totally secure and cannot be viewed by a third party.
If you prefer not to place your order online you may contact our customer service team and place and pay for your order direct. Orders may also be place by mail or fax by downloading and filling out the order form

Delivery Charges
All prices indicated for products on our web site exclude delivery charges.
Australia:
For deliveries to all destinations within Australia freight is charged at 5% of the total product value purchased with a minimum charge of $20.00. Any additional shipping charges due to oversized cartons are indicated within the item discretion as applicable.
International:
For deliveries to destinations outside Australia, please ensure that you have included both your email address and a contact phone number. We will contact you to advise freight charge.
Delivery Times
Your order will usually be processed within 48 hours. If there are any unforeseeable delays, you will be contacted by our customer service team.
Orders will be shipped to you by our nominated courier. Delivery will be within 2 working days of processing the order. Please check the consignment not accompanying your goods, only sign the consignment note if the cartons of goods delivered have not been damaged in any way and only if the total quantity of cartons on the consignment not have been delivered.
We recommend that your nominated delivery address is one where someone is present to accept your delivery between the hours of 9.00am and 5.00 pm. Our courier cannot guarantee a delivery date or time due to the volume of their deliveries.
If no one is present to accept the delivery, the courier will leave a delivery card in your mail box or under your door, noting that they have attempted to deliver the goods to you. This delivery card will have the contact details for the delivery company and you will need to contact the delivery company to arrange a suitable time for a second delivery to you within 48 hours.
Incorrect goods supplied by us to you
We endeavour to supply you with the product you have ordered from us. However on occasion we may accidentally supply you with an incorrect product. If this does occur, we will supply you with the correct product once the incorrect product has been returned to us. Please either email us at info@christmaskingdom.com.au or call our customer service team to organise your return.
Products damaged in transit to you
All orders are delivered by an independent courier company. The courier company will endeavor to supply you with the product you have ordered form us in the condition that the goods were dispatched. However on occasion goods are damaged in transit to you. If this occurs, please either email us at info@christmaskingdom.com.au or call our customer service team. We will supply you with a replacement product once that damaged product has been returned to us.
Faulty Products
Christmas Kingdom is proud to offer our customers quality products. We will endeavor to supply you with product your have ordered in good condition. However, on occasion goods that are sealed within cartons may be faulty as a result of a manufacturing defect from our suppliers. If this occurs please either email us at info@christmaskingdom.com.au or contact our Customer Service Team. We will supply you with a replacement product once the faulty product has been returned to us.
