Christmas Kingdom Returns & Refund Policy
Goods are shipped by couriers and can not be shipped to Parcel Lockers or PO boxes.
Orders are generally dispatched within 48 hours from time of placement, the time it takes items to be delivered can vary depending on the shipping location. We can not guarantee shipping times. If you require product urgently please contact us by email prior to finalising your order.
Shipping rates are determined by size and weight of products. We only charge you what the couriers charge us.
Prior to dispatching your order, extra care is taken to wrap and protect your items however, on rare occasion breakages may occur through the delivery process , this is outside our control and as such Christmas Kingdom will not be liable for damage caused through shipment and postage. There is provision for insurance to be selected as part of shipping prior to you finalising your order.
We do not refund for change of Mind purchases.
We will only accept return that are sent to our warehouse accompanied by your original transaction receipt .(The address will be provided to you at the same time as an authorisation number.) Returns will not be accepted at any of our stores under any circumstances.
In the event of faulty products you must contact us within 14 days of your delivery date. It is essential that as soon as you become aware that a product is faulty that you cease using it immediately and contact us.

Once you contact us we will supply you with an authorisation number as well as the appropriate delivery returns address
The cost of freight associated with the return may be your responsibility.
Please note we will not accept any returns to any other delivery address other than the one we supply you, we will advise you of the address once you make contact with us.
We will not accept any returns though our stores.
Please Note Lost in Transit
All orders will be delivered by independent courier companies. These couriers will use their best endeavor to supply you with the product you have ordered from us at the quickest possible time. However, on very rare occasions, goods have been lost in transit. Please note that Christmas Kingdom will not be liable for goods lost in transit. There is provision for insurance to be selected as part of shipping prior to you finalising your order.
Our company takes pride in offering to our customers products that are quality products.
On occasion however, goods that are sealed within cartons are faulty as a result of manufacturing defect from our supplier. If this occurs, you will need to contact us immediately by e-mail. We will supply you with a replacement product ordered by you once the faulty product has been returned to us .
